Introduction

This document provides a consistent set of principles under which Life Changing Solutions will handle cancellation and refunds to its students.

General

  • Life Changing Solutions reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Where a fee refund is due to a student such a refund will be provided within 30 days.
  • The information provided by Life Changing Solutions is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change.
  • Life Changing Solutions reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content or facilitators at its discretion.
  • Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and the account has been paid in full.
  • For all course registrations there is a 7 day cooling off period. Any student can choose to cancel their registration and have a full refund of payments, (less any postage and handling fees) made within 7 days of the receipt of the transaction and/or the return of any pre-study material (postage is the responsibility of the student)
  • Life Changing Solutions reserves the right to record, via video and/or audio, learning sessions for quality assurance purposes and to support current and future students.

 Refunds

The Overcome Anxiety Online course has a 1 year (365 days) money back guarantee from date of purchase.  If you would like a refund of your purchase, simply write to enquiries@lifechangingsolutions.com.au explaining why you were disappointed and Life Changing Solutions will refund the money paid.

Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for transfers for any other course must be made in writing to enquiries@lifechangingsolutions.com.au  Alternatively call Life Changing Solutions on 1300388875 to discuss your options.

Cancellation More than 10 working days from Course Commencement

In the event of a cancellation Life Changing Solutions will refund the fees paid in full if Life Changing Solutions is advised in writing of a cancellation more than 10 working days prior to the course commencement date.

Cancellation 10 working days or less from Course commencement

In the event of notification of a cancellation 10 working days or less before the Course commencement date fees paid will not be refunded or allocated to another Course. Life Changing Solutions cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or personal circumstances within this 10 working day period.

The only exception is under medical circumstances whereby the student provides a legitimate medical certificate from a registered general medical practitioner.

Tuition Fees

If an invoice is issued by Life Changing Solutions, it must be paid no later than 14 days following the date of the invoice.

Payment can be made via electronic funds transfer, credit card or bank draft or other pre-approved payment method.

Non Attendance (No Show)

If a student fails to attend a program, course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another course.

Substitutions

Requests for substitutions are to be made in writing to enquiries@lifechangingsolutions.com.au or by calling Life Changing Solutions on 1300388875 and can be made at any time up to 10 working days before the course commencement date.

Transfers

Requests for transfers to alternate courses can be arranged if Life Changing Solutions are advised writing to enquiries@lifechangingsolutions.com.au or by calling Life Changing Solutions on 1300388875.  These requests must be made 10 or more working days prior to the course commencement date and is subject to availability on a future course. One transfer will be accepted without charge. All subsequent transfers will attract an administration charge of $55.00 (incl. GST).

Responsibility

The Chief Executive Officer has overall responsibility for the implementation and review of this policy.
