Imagine a past event that when you think of it now it still bothers you. Now imagine you are looking down on the event, like a security camera. Each time you run the event ask yourself. ‘What is a positive learning I can take from this event?’. Keep repeating this process until you have a list of positive learnings and when you think of the event it now no longer bothers you.
